First Time
Today is Sunday, June 29th, 2008. I thought maybe about joining the blogging thing and this way our family & friends can look in on our kids and see how they're growing and changing!
Hannah will be 1 year old this Wednesday & is doing a good job of keeping up with Jonah & being the typical little sister! She continues to amaze us everyday yet never surprises us! She's very smart and picks up on language and her fine motor skills so easily! Of course, it's a such a pleasure to watch her grow!
Since being diagnosed with a form of High Functioning Autism in Dec. '07, Jonah's been making amazing strides in his recovery. He has an awesome speech therapist, Jennifer, and will be starting a school local to Longmont in August(which accepts typical kids, & not typical kids). Typical being what we parents refer to as the kids that don't have Autism, or some other disorder. Anyway, he is loving his bike right now!!! Rides it outside almost nightly with the neighborhood kids. Has become quite the little fish as well and is learning how to swim! He is the typical 3 year old when it comes to that question, "Why?", and a bowl full of energy! He keeps us busy and on our toes!
We enjoy our family and look forward to what a family of 4 will bring our way as the years go by! God is good, and has blessed us with 2 healthy, beautiful kids!
I will try to keep up with this blog as much as possible and posting pictures of our family!
